  • Once your order is submitted, it is considered an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion.

  • Payment for the ordered items must be made in half or full before the order can be processed and shipped. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website such as GCash.

3. Custom Orders:

  • We offer customization options for certain products. Custom orders are subject to additional terms and conditions, including price adjustments, production timelines, and specific requirements agreed upon between the customer and Crochet Studios PH handler.

  • Custom orders may require an upfront deposit or full payment, depending on the agreed terms.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • We strive to process and ship orders in a timely manner. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on product availability, customization requirements, and the shipping destination. Place order if you are willing to wait 1-4 weeks.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated and added to the order total at the time of purchase.

  • We only ship during weekends.

5. Returns and Exchanges:

  • We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our crochet items. If, however, you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Returns or exchanges for reasons other than defect or incorrect product are strictly not allowed.

  • Strictly no refunds.
